We’re sorry to hear you're experiencing issues accessing your reserved space. Here are some steps to help resolve the issue and ensure you can get to coworking as soon as possible.
Steps to Take:

Check-in on the Deskpass App or Website:
If you have a DESK reservation, make sure you’ve checked in for your reservation via the Deskpass app or website. This will unlock additional information about the space, including access instructions. Once checked in, click the Space Info button for details. -
Review the Space Profile on Deskpass:
Take a look at the space's profile in Deskpass, specifically the Getting There and Getting In sections. These areas often include special instructions that might help with access. -
Contact the Space Manager:
If you need to speak directly with the space manager, you can find their contact details in two places:- At the bottom of your reservation confirmation email.
- On the Contact Tab of the space’s profile on Deskpass.

Provide Feedback to Help Others:
If you encounter any additional difficulties or have insights on how the space's access could be improved, please share your feedback with us. We’ll work directly with the space to update their profile and improve access for future users.
