What Is The Difference Between DESK, MEET, & OFFICE?

Deskpass provides a variety of booking options tailored to your specific requirements - Desk, Meet, and Office.

Deskpass offers three reservations types to our users:

DESK = Full Day reservation in space's shared coworking area.

  • Desk reservations have a standard cancellation policy of 24 hours

  • Desk reservations offer the ability to invite guests for an additional charge
    (See: Bring a Guest to your Reservation)

  • Desk reservations only include a seat in the coworking space common area during the space's business hours. Use of private rooms is not included, and must be reserved separately. 

  • Desk reservations can only be created for one day at a time. For multi-day reservations, a new booking was must created for each day.

Ideal for a productive day of coworking. Enjoy flexible desk spaces with access to phone booths for private calls and meetings. A great chance to collaborate, connect, and get out of the house!

MEET = Hourly or Daily reservation for a specific conference room

  • Meet reservations have a default cancellation policy of 24 hours, but individual spaces may set their own policies. These policies will be clearly presented to you during the reservation process, before you make a reservation request or receive confirmation.

  • Meet reservations do not require guests to be added, however the workspace may request an attendee list if required for security purposes. Attendees should never exceed the room's capacity listed on Deskpass. (See: Inviting Attendees to Your Meeting)
  • Meet reservations only include your reserved time in the private space. If you want to use the open seating zones after your meeting, a separate DESK reservation is required for each person.

  • Meet reservations can only be created for one day at a time. For multi-day reservations, a new booking was must created for each day.

OFFICE = Daily, Weekly, or Monthly reservation for a private office room

  • Office reservations have a default cancellation policy of 14 days, but individual spaces may set their own policies. These policies will be clearly presented to you during the reservation process, before you make a reservation request or receive confirmation.

  • Office reservations do not require guests to be added, however the workspace may request an attendee list, if required for security purposes. Attendees should never exceed the room's capacity listed on Deskpass. (See: Inviting Attendees to Your Meeting)
  • Office reservations only include your reserved time in the private space, during the space's business hours. If you want to use the open seating zones after your meeting, a separate DESK reservation is required for each person.

  • Office reservations can only be booked by the day. For hourly reservations, please use the MEET option.
