Will my user experience change due to the acquisition?
Joining Yardi is a huge step forward for us. Their expertise and global resources will help us expand our network, add new features, and continue delivering the flexible workspace solutions that work best for you and your team. As of now, your user experience will not change.
Do I need to update my account information or settings?
No. All account access and settings will remain the same.

Pricing

Will my pricing or benefits change? Are there any new features or services being introduced?
For now, nothing changes—Deskpass will still work the same way you’re used to. Down the road, this partnership means more opportunities, more spaces, and some exciting upgrades to make your experience even better.

Reservations

Will my existing reservations be impacted?
There will be no changes to your current reservations or any policies in place before the acquisition.

Privacy & Data

How will my personal information be handled under the new ownership?
The data you share with Deskpass/Yardi will never be shared with other entities

General Transition

Now that Deskpass is owned by Yardi, will my information be shared with WeWork?
Never, the data you share with Deskpass/Yardi will never be shared with other entities.
Will the terms of our partnership agreement be affected?
No, the terms of the Deskpass Host Agreement remain unchanged.
Who will be our primary point of contact moving forward?

Payment & Billing

Will there be any changes to payment schedules or processes?

Operational Changes

Will there be any updates to the platform or tools we use to manage reservations?
Your Deskpass experience remains the same. You’ll continue to have seamless access to the dashboard and our growing list of teams and individuals leveraging Deskpass for flexible work.
