Unable to Book?

Having trouble making a reservation? There could be a few reasons why you're unable to book a space.

Instant Workspace User

If you are using Deskpass Instant Workspace, you may encounter difficulties booking due to an failing or expired payment method. To resolve this, simply update the card on your Account Page.

Deskpass Teams Member

Deskpass for Teams provides companies the ability to customize employee spending limits and to choose what type of inventory they can reserve and at which locations.

Your Team Admin sets an overall spending limit, and can select what type of reservations you are able to make - DESK, MEET, OFFICE, and Guests. 

 

If you are unable to reserve, you may have reached your Monthly Spending Limit or your Team Manager has not enabled that reservation type for your account.
