Our top priority at Deskpass is ensuring the security of our community through ID verification and privacy policies.
Our optional Stripe ID Verification feature allows users to verify their identity by submitting a valid photo ID and a selfie. This verification process enhances security, reduces fraud, and fosters trust between Deskpass users and the partner workspaces hosting new visitors.
How does it work?
- Navigate to your Deskpass Account page
- Scroll down to the Verification section > select Verify with Stripe > you will be redirected to verify.stripe.com to complete the rest of the process
- You'll scan a valid photo ID (driver's license, passport, or government- issued photo ID), then take 3 selfies to make sure its yours.
- Deskpass Corporation will only have access to this verification data
- Stripe uses biometric technology on your images to make sure its you. You can delete your data at any time.
- Your images are processed and Verification submitted
- When you return to your Account page, you should see that your account has been successfully verified
Important Notes:
