Setting Daily Capacity

Deskpass allows our partner spaces to conveniently adjust their operating hours and establish a daily limit for the number of seats available to Deskpass users.

Deskpass provides a range of options for our space partners to personalize their Deskpass Space Listing according to their current operational objectives. They can optimize traffic flow by highlighting specific days or times, and even adjust the services offered based on their inventory or availability. This flexibility allows spaces to effectively utilize their resources and maximize their potential.

 

Users will be able to see the Daily Capacity set by space partners on the Deskpass Space Listing, located under the reservation rate. This allows users to easily determine the number of available seats at the location.

How to Adjust Your Space's Daily Capacity

  • Log in to your Deskpass Space Dashboard
  • Click Spaces from the left sidebar > select the desired space
  • Click Space Info
  • Click Weekday Hours
  • Under the Daily Capacity field, enter the number of DESK day pass reservations you would like to receive per day. (Desk reservations created by members will never exceed this number)
  • To remove your coworking offering ("DESK" reservations), please contact our Support Team at support@deskpass.com 

Please Note: Leaving the capacity at “0” leaves your space open to unlimited DESK bookings.

 

Example: This feature is often used by spaces to optimize their operations. They can adjust their daily capacity based on the level of demand they anticipate. For instance, on slower days, they can increase their capacity to accommodate more reservations, while on busier days, they can lower their capacity to ensure a better user experience.
