On-Site Services Not Available Through Deskpass

Deskpass provides a convenient platform for booking desks, meeting rooms, and offices. However, it's important to note that any additional charges incurred during your reservation will be collected by our partners directly.

When booking your favorite spaces with Deskpass, we want to make the process as seamless as possible. However, it's important to note that any additional charges are determined by our space partners.

Parking:

Many spaces have parking options nearby and if they do, they will indicate it on their Deskpass space profile. If a space does list 'parking options' as an amenity, that may include street parking, garage parking, on-site parking, or other paid or non-paid options.

To view space profiles and their amenities, please visit our Spaces page in your Deskpass app, or on our website. Make sure to review the space listing's Need To Know and Getting There sections for additional information. 

Printing: 

Many spaces offer printing, and if they do, they will indicate it on their Deskpass space profile. If a space does list 'shared printer' as an amenity, that may include paid or non-paid options.

Catering:

Deskpass does not own/operate our partner spaces listed on our platform, and so they retain the ability to enforce their own individual policies. It is up to the space's discretion if they allow outside catering or offer internal catering services. We highly recommend contacting the space manager directly via phone or email to confirm their offerings and restrictions on food in their meeting rooms.
