Deskpass Teams Billing

Easily access and update your Team's billing plan with Deskpass.

Deskpass provides a convenient way for our Teams clients to easily access their team's billing information and usage reports. This can be done through our user-friendly and intuitive Deskpass Teams Dashboard.


There are two billing plan options to choose from:

1.) Pay As You Go - You will be charged individually for each reservation your team members create, as they take place.

2.) Pay at End of Month - You will be charged once at the end of the month with the accrued total from all reservations team members create over the course of that month.


How to Update Billing Plan

  • Login to your Deskpass Teams Dashboard

  • Select Settings > Billing Plan

  • Choose your Billing Plan (two options below)

    • Pay As You Go 

    • Pay at End of Month 

  • Hit Submit


How to Update Payment Method

  • Login to your Deskpass Teams Dashboard

  • Select Settings > Payment Method

  • Update your payment details > select Submit Credit Card

  • This card will be charged based on your chosen Billing Plan

    • For Pay As You Go - we will send you a receipt for each booking as the payment is collected.

    • For Pay at End of Month - we will automatically debit your credit/debit card on the first of the month and an invoice will be sent to you.
