New to Deskpass Teams? We have a variety of resources available to help you get the most out of your account.

Getting Started
🔓 How do I log in for the first time?
You’ll receive an email invitation once your Team Manager adds you to the account. Follow the link in that email to complete your account registration, select a home city, and set a password.
Already had a personal Deskpass account? If you created an individual account with the same email before joining the team, we’ll need to help you get switched over.
📧 Email support@deskpass.com and copy your Team Manager, so we can confirm the change and connect you to the right team.
📲 How do I download the app?

You can grab the app here: iOS App Store.

Once installed, just log in with your work email (the one your invite was sent to).
📍 How do I find and book a space?

Open the app and search by location, amenities, workspace type, etc. Click into any space to learn more, then tap Reserve to book.

‼️To ensure clear expectations and a smooth arrival experience, be sure to review special instructions provided by the space under the Need to Know section.
💳 Will I be charged for bookings?

It depends on how your team is set up. Most teams cover booking costs, but you will have a Spending Limit and some teams may opt for Individual Pay (where you pay, then get reimbursed).

❌ What’s the cancellation policy?

Deskpass has established standard cancellation times, but individual spaces have the flexibility to set their own policies. These policies will be clearly presented to you during the reservation process, before you make a reservation request or receive a confirmation.

🔁 Can I modify or reschedule a reservation?

You can modify a reservation through the Reservations tab of the app.

Please note that modifications must be made outside of the cancellation policy set by the space. During this period, typically rescheduling of the reservation is not permitted as our agreements with our space partners require them to reserve the space exclusively for your booking and prevent other potential bookings.
