How to Reset Your Password on Deskpass

Reset your Deskpass password by checking your login details and clearing your browser cache. Use the "Forgot Password" link if needed. For ongoing issues, contact Deskpass Support.

If you're having trouble logging into your Deskpass account, follow these steps to regain access:

1.  Access Your Account: 

You can access your account and reserve workspaces quickly and easily on our Deskpass mobile app (Google Play | App Store). Or, you can access your account through our website at: https://app.deskpass.com.

2. Check Email and Password:

    • Ensure that both your email address and password are entered exactly as you used them when creating your account. Remember, they are case sensitive.

    • Verify that there are no spaces before or after your email address or password.

    • Confirm that your email address is in all lowercase letters and that your device or browser is not auto-capitalizing your email or password.

3. Reset Your Password:

    • If you need to reset your password, click the “Forgot Password” link on the login page.

    •  Follow the instructions to receive a reset link via email

    • If you do not receive the email within a few minutes, check your spam or junk folder. 

4. Accessing the Deskpass Space Dashboard:

    • If you're a space manager having trouble logging into the Deskpass Space Dashboard, make sure you’re visiting https://dash.deskpass.com. The marketing website deskpass.com is for users, not for space managers.

5. Temporary Password:

    • If you’re still unable to log in, contact Deskpass Support at support@deskpass.com. We may provide a temporary password to access your account. Once logged in, be sure to reset your password.

6. Additional Help:

    • If you continue to experience issues, please reach out to Deskpass Support with details about the error message you are receiving and include a screenshot if possible. Also, provide information about the device you are using.
