Deskpass offers a 'Booking On Behalf Of' feature that allows team members or managers to create bookings for other active team members.
We understand that there may be situations where our users need to make reservations on behalf of their team members. It is important to note that in order for a workspace reserved through Deskpass to be used by a work team, the person whose name is on the reservation must be physically present at the space.
Deskpass offers a Booking On Behalf Of feature which allows a team member or team manager to be able to create a booking on behalf of another active team member. To take advantage of this feature, the Team Admin must enable it on the team member's account.
How to Book on Behalf of Another:
-
Confirm with you Team Manager that 'Booking on Behalf Of' is enabled on your account
-
Select the space you would like to reserve from our app
-
