How Long Can A Deskpass User Utilize Space?

Deskpass users must reserve and occupy the space only during their confirmed reservation time.

Deskpass users require a confirmed reservation to utilize a workspace, and may only use the space during Business Hours designated by the operator. 

Deskpass offers three reservations types to our users:

  • DESK = Full Day reservation in space's shared coworking area.

  • MEET = Hourly or Daily reservation for a specific conference room

  • OFFICE = Daily, Weekly, or Monthly reservation for a private office room

 

OFFICE and DESK reservations do not include a set time frame, as these bookings are available for the entirety of the space's business hours on the date(s) booked.

 

Hourly MEET reservations only cover the reserved time frame. If users would like to use the open seating zones after/before their meeting, a separate DESK reservation is required for each person.
