Deskpass charges an 8% service fee, allowing us to invest in features and services that maximize the value of your Deskpass experience.

We introduced an 8% service fee for all reservations in April 2024 to support the continuous enhancement of our platform, expand our network of workspaces, and improve our customer support services. This fee enables us to invest in the features and services that add the most value to your Deskpass experience.

The service fee is applied to the total cost of the reservation before taxes.

For example, if your reservation is $100, the service fee will be $8, making the total before taxes $108.

Yes, the service fee is applied to all Deskpass users, including both Instant Workspace and Teams accounts, to ensure fairness and consistency across our platform.
