The standard cancellation policies for DESK, MEET, and OFFICE reservations. Please note Spaces can customize this policy, so check your confirmation!
Deskpass has established standard cancellation times, but individual spaces have the flexibility to set their own policies. These policies will be clearly presented to you during the reservation process, before you make a reservation request or receive a confirmation.
If you are unable to attend your reservation, kindly cancel it by visiting the Reservations page of your Deskpass account. Canceling your reservation is not only a considerate gesture towards the space, but it also prevents you from incurring any charges if the cancellation is made outside of the designated cancellation window.
DESK Reservations:
- Cancellation Window: To avoid a cancellation fee, you must cancel your reservation at least 24 hours prior to the reservation's start time. (Start times are based on the workspace's opening hours.)
- Cancellation Fees: If a reservation isn’t canceled within the allowed timeframe, a fee equal to the full reservation rate will apply. Cancellation fees are equal to the full rate of the reservation, and any request for a refund will be subject to the discretion of the workspace. It is important to note that refunds are not guaranteed.
- Grace Period: There’s a 15-minute grace period after booking where you can cancel without penalty (helpful for accidental bookings).
- Payment Timing: Your card will be charged once the 24-hour or 15-minute thresholds are reached.
MEET Reservations:
- Cancellation Window: To avoid a cancellation fee, cancel your MEET reservation at least 24 hours prior to the start of the reservation unless the space specifies a different cancellation window. (The space's cancellation policy will be shown during the booking process.)
