Deskpass Cancellation Policies

The standard cancellation policies for DESK, MEET, and OFFICE reservations. Please note Spaces can customize this policy, so check your confirmation!

Deskpass has established standard cancellation times, but individual spaces have the flexibility to set their own policies. These policies will be clearly presented to you during the reservation process, before you make a reservation request or receive a confirmation.

If you are unable to attend your reservation, kindly cancel it by visiting the Reservations page of your Deskpass account. Canceling your reservation is not only a considerate gesture towards the space, but it also prevents you from incurring any charges if the cancellation is made outside of the designated cancellation window.

DESK:

To avoid a cancellation fee, it is necessary to cancel a DESK reservation at least 24 hours prior to the start of the reservation. (Please note DESK reservations start at the workspace's opening time.)
Once the reservation is made, there is a 15-minute grace period to cancel without penalty.

MEET:

To avoid a cancellation fee, it is necessary to cancel a MEET reservation at least 24 hours prior to the start of the reservation, unless the space has specified a different cancellation window. (Each space's cancelation policy is shown during the reservation process, prior to reservation request or confirmation.)
Once the reservation is made, there is a 15-minute grace period to cancel without penalty.

OFFICE:

To avoid a cancellation fee, it is necessary to cancel a OFFICE reservation at least 14 days prior to the start of the reservation, unless the space has specified a different cancellation window. (Each space's cancelation policy is shown during the reservation process, prior to reservation request or confirmation.)
Once the reservation is made, there is a 15-minute grace period to cancel without penalty.

Cancellation fees are equal to the full rate of the reservation, and any request for a refund will be subject to the discretion of the workspace. It is important to note that refunds are not guaranteed.
