Calendar Integrations with Deskpass

Deskpass seamlessly connects with Google Calendar, which in turn integrates with your software, allowing users to instantly book your space!

Over 50% of MEET reservations are booked for rooms that have their availability synced with Deskpass. Deskpass users are more inclined to reserve spaces with their calendar synced, allowing for instant booking approval, rather than a waiting period.

Set up your Rooms for Instant Book:

  • In your Deskpass Space Dashboard, navigate to your Meeting Rooms or Office Rooms

  • Select the Google Calendar Sync tab and follow this guide to sync your Rooms via Google calendar integration.

  • Add Google calendar ID and click Update.

 

Please note: If you do not sync a calendar, your meeting rooms will default to 'Request to Book' and your team will be notified by email regarding reservation requests and have 24 hours to approve or deny the request.

Once you have completed the set up, your room will be tagged ⚡Book Instantly
